Job Description

Are you a data-savvy, results-oriented professional with a passion for digital platforms and customer experience? Currys plc is seeking a proactive and dedicated Home-Based Platform Growth Coordinator to join our dynamic digital team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in optimising the performance and user engagement across our various online platforms, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey from discovery to purchase. Working autonomously from your home base in Stratford, London, you will be responsible for analysing platform data, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, IT, and customer service to ensure a unified approach to platform enhancement. You will delve into analytics to understand user behaviour, conversion funnels, and content performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports, and supporting the execution of A/B tests and optimisation projects. We’re looking for someone who can not only identify problems but also propose creative solutions and drive them to completion, all while maintaining excellent communication within a remote team structure. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse platform performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Coordinate the implementation of growth strategies and optimisation initiatives across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, IT, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive platform development and optimisation efforts.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and best practices in platform growth and user engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of A/B testing, user research, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve platform features.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on platform performance, insights, and the impact of implemented changes for stakeholders.
  • Manage content updates and optimisation efforts to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential technical issues affecting platform performance or user experience, escalating as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform technologies, and e-commerce best practices.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce, or platform growth role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in data interpretation and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams remotely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Residency in the Stratford, London area for ease of occasional in-person meetings if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
  • Prior experience working in the retail or consumer electronics industry.
