Reach PLC is seeking a Home-Based PPC Campaign Assistant to join our thriving digital marketing team. As a Home-Based PPC Campaign Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and optimisation of our paid search campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Working remotely from your home base in Laleham, Staines-upon-Thames, you will be integral to ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. Your responsibilities will span from keyword research and ad copy creation to performance monitoring and reporting, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the PPC ecosystem. We are looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and launch of new PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and negative keywords.
  • Write compelling and engaging ad copy that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the optimisation of bids, budgets, and targeting settings to maximise ROI.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to ensure integrated campaign strategies.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Ads platform and basic PPC principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and their interplay.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Search Certification or other relevant Google certifications.
