Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet daily, ensuring all food and beverage items are readily available and attractively displayed.
- Greet guests warmly and offer assistance, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures regularly, replenishing items as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
- Clear and clean tables promptly, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the breakfast area throughout service hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items.
- Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs whenever possible, or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Break down the breakfast buffet at the end of service, cleaning equipment and ensuring the area is prepared for the next day.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front desk to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, food quality concerns, or guest feedback to management promptly.

- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
