Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Clean common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
