Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public policy issues, regulations, and best practices.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of public programs and projects from conception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal stakeholders and external governmental bodies.
  • Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including coordinating meetings, workshops, and public consultations.
  • Support budget formulation, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and administrative procedures.
  • Contribute to grant writing and funding acquisition efforts to support new and existing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and project teams as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with governmental agencies, non-profits, and community groups.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Government, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in public administration, policy analysis, or program management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of governmental structures, public policy development, and implementation processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and report writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
