Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Handle email correspondence, drafting responses, filtering, and prioritizing important communications.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, or client projects.
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure accuracy of records.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
