Key Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Manage luggage handling, mail, and package delivery services efficiently and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and concierge desk area.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the local area, including events, cultural highlights, and hidden gems, to offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, hotel management software).
