Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing a welcoming first impression.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events.
- Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and coordinating special services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Minnetonka Mills area and surrounding Minnetonka community to offer personalized recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for guests.
