Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to rooms or vehicles.
- Open hotel doors for guests and visitors, offering assistance as needed.
- Coordinate guest transportation, including taxis, ride-shares, and private car services.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions/directions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entryway and lobby area.
- Monitor and control access to the hotel, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with valet, front desk, concierge, and bell staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
