Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials and components from machines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
