Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Process payments, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and prepare daily reports.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
