Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel's property management system.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Uplands, Penticton.
- Process payments, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions as needed.
- Resolve minor guest complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
