Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions in Upper Mission, Kelowna.
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, contributing to a pleasant guest environment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance).
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times.
