Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens and make beds, replenish towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items immediately.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
