Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Change bed linens and make beds, replenish towels and amenities.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items immediately.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
