Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change bed linen and make beds neatly; replenish towels and amenities in bathrooms.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean fixtures.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
