Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen, ensuring all items are correctly stocked.
- Make beds, change linen, and ensure all furniture and fixtures are dusted, polished, and arranged properly.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel security procedures.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, minimizing waste and maintaining inventory.
- Inspect rooms for quality assurance after cleaning, ensuring all details meet hotel standards.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
