Key Responsibilities
- Accurately take and process guest room service orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Carefully prepare and set up food and beverage trays according to established standards, ensuring presentation and quality.
- Promptly deliver orders to guest rooms, courteously announcing arrival and professionally setting up dining arrangements within the room.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to room service orders efficiently and politely, escalating as needed.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions securely.
- Collect used trays and dishes from guest rooms and designated areas in a timely manner, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including equipment and supply storage.
- Assist with inventory control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, front desk, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
Required Skills
