Job Description
We are actively seeking a diligent and enthusiastic House Attendant to join our dedicated team at Katse Lodge with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, ensuring all items are well-stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linen as required.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
