Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens and towels, and restock amenities such as toiletries and minibar items.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces meticulously.
- Ensure all fixtures and fittings are sparkling clean and in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the resort, including lobbies, corridors, and common restrooms, as assigned.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and resort policies.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage linen inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping team members and resort departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold the resort's commitment to exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
