Key Responsibilities
- Execute predefined test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Document identified bugs comprehensively using bug tracking systems, including steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual outcomes.
- Actively reproduce reported software issues and collaborate with development teams to pinpoint root causes.
- Assist senior engineers in validating bug fixes and ensuring the integrity of new software releases.
- Learn and utilize various debugging tools and techniques under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and bug statuses.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
- Set up and maintain test environments to facilitate accurate debugging.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
