Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties for guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to prescribed standards.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain public areas, corridors, and service areas to ensure a consistently high level of hygiene and appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Manage and organize linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment efficiently, ensuring proper usage and storage.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
