Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Zuffenhausen, Stuttgart. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and confidential HR databases (HRIS) with meticulous accuracy and strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Support the seamless onboarding process for new hires, preparing welcome kits, managing new hire paperwork, and coordinating initial training schedules.
  • Assist in the offboarding procedures, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating exit interviews.
  • Prepare various HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, official letters, and policy updates.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience, performing research and data compilation as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative support experience, ideally within a Human Resources department or similar corporate setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German (minimum B2 level proficiency).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Familiarity with fundamental German labor law principles and HR best practices.
  • Prior experience utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS) software.
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire for continuous learning and career growth in HR.
