Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting induction sessions, and processing exit paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations as required by management.
  • Support the administration of performance management cycles, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Process payroll inputs, leave requests, and attendance records, liaising with the finance department as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices and legal compliance.
  • Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
