Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and employees.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communication.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled accurately and sensitively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and physical files.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with related inquiries.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, directing them to the appropriate HR team member or resource.
