Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) and update payroll systems as required.
- Administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding health insurance, 401(k), and other company perks.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, report generation, and data analysis.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general employee questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
