Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive verification and validation of HR data across multiple systems and records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in employee information promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee data.
- Assist with data entry and updates for new hires, terminations, changes in status, and other HR-related events.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline data management processes and improve data quality.
- Generate basic HR reports and provide data summaries as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., AODA, PIPEDA), and legal requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to data migration, system upgrades, or audits.
