Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and employment law updates to inform internal strategies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications, helping to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate in various HR projects such as talent management, learning & development, or performance management.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team as needed, ensuring efficient operations.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, seeking a placement year.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office environment or a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Demonstrated project management skills or experience in coordinating tasks.
