Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the smooth onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including offer letters, contracts, and benefits information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
  • Assist with scheduling orientation sessions and conducting initial HR policy overviews.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, addressing initial questions and guiding them through company procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and workspace setup.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, projects, and report generation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the onboarding process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
