Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing, including data entry and verification.
  • Support the maintenance of comprehensive employee records and HR databases.
  • Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to payroll and HR administration.
  • Help prepare and distribute payroll-related reports and documents.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and basic HR matters.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Participate in new hire onboarding administrative activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR and payroll information.

Required Skills
