Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and support of HRIS applications, including data entry, system configurations, and user management.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support HR and business needs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Support the testing of new HRIS functionalities, system upgrades, and patches, documenting issues and ensuring successful implementation.
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HRIS enhancements.
- Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related inquiries from employees and HR staff.
- Maintain data integrity within HR systems through regular audits and data cleanup activities.
- Document HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent system usage and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
