Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Advisor to join our dynamic team in Hinckley, Leicester. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on UK immigration law, policies, and procedures to a diverse client base.
  • Manage a caseload of immigration applications, including but not limited to Skilled Worker visas, Family visas, Innovator visas, and Global Talent visas.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to assess eligibility, identify appropriate visa routes, and explain requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and submit high-quality visa applications and supporting documents to the Home Office.
  • Draft detailed letters of representation and legal submissions in support of client applications.
  • Keep clients informed of application progress and communicate effectively throughout the process.
  • Stay updated with changes in UK immigration law and policy, ensuring compliance and accurate advice.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case management systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to team development.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Advisor or Caseworker.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK immigration law, rules, and procedures.
  • Proven track record of successfully preparing and submitting a variety of UK visa applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OISC Level 2 or 3 accreditation, or Solicitor/Barrister with immigration experience.
  • Degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with corporate immigration services.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
