Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, online inquiries, and warm leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.
- Explain complex policy details, terms, and conditions clearly and concisely, addressing all client questions and concerns.
- Effectively close sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and policy information in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory compliance requirements, company policies, and ethical sales standards.
- Continuously update knowledge on insurance products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate proactively with team members and management to optimize sales strategies, processes, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (18+ months) in inbound sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong, professional phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong active listening skills and an empathetic approach to understanding client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Valid state-specific insurance license (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe upon hire.
