Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of industrial equipment, machinery, floors, and surfaces.
- Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, power washers, and vacuum systems.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials, including general waste, recycling, and potentially hazardous materials, following strict safety guidelines.
- Clean and maintain common areas, washrooms, offices, and locker rooms within industrial facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) and company policies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including degreasing and descaling, as required.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize disruption during cleaning tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or a similar physically demanding role.
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
