Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior digital artists and designers in the creation and production of various digital art assets.
- Prepare, organize, and manage digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.
- Perform basic image editing, retouching, cropping, and color correction as per project specifications.
- Support in the research of visual trends, style guides, and competitive analysis.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development for new projects.
- Ensure all digital artwork adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.
- Convert, resize, and optimize digital graphics for different platforms and mediums (web, social, print).
- Maintain a clean and organized digital asset library.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong foundational understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- A portfolio demonstrating creative potential and basic digital art skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and learn quickly

- Basic understanding of file formats for digital and print production
