You will be instrumental in identifying, vetting, and securing collaborations with key influencers across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign KPIs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Identify, research, and vet suitable influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs).
  • Initiate, negotiate, and finalize contracts and compensation terms with influencers and their agents to secure optimal value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers and media contacts.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including brief development, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor influencer content for brand compliance, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing and digital media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, sales, and client service teams.
  • Ensure all campaign activities adhere to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and media negotiation (3+ years).
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
