Job Description

Tribal Worldwide Zimbabwe is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Influencer Marketing & Media Negotiation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels at identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with key influencers and media outlets to amplify our clients’ brand messages. Operating with a remote-first option, you will have the flexibility to work from Chimanimani while seamlessly collaborating with our teams across Zimbabwe and globally. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, negotiate favorable terms for media placements, and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of content creators and media partners. You will be instrumental in ensuring our campaigns not only reach the right audiences but also achieve exceptional ROI. This role requires a blend of creative strategy, sharp negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and an unwavering commitment to delivering impactful results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers across various platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.) relevant to client target audiences.
  • Lead negotiations with influencers and media partners to secure optimal rates, favorable terms, and high-impact placements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers, talent agencies, and media representatives.
  • Create compelling campaign briefs and contracts, ensuring clear communication of deliverables, timelines, and legal compliance.
  • Monitor influencer campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and digital media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (strategy, creative, account management) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring all partnerships deliver maximum value.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing future influencer and media initiatives based on performance data and market insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and media negotiation (2+ years).
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital media landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
