Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client leads through various channels.

- Present and sell appropriate insurance products (life, health, property, auto, etc.) to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Educate clients on policy terms, coverage details, and benefits.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing clear guidance and support from initiation to resolution.
- Liaise effectively with insurance providers to facilitate smooth and efficient claim resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions, sales, and claims activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements specific to the Jamaican market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and referral business.
