Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using our management systems.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming products efficiently and accurately.
- Support the preparation and verification of outgoing shipments to ensure order fulfillment.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update stock levels in the company's database.
- Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or obsolete inventory items promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies related to inventory handling and storage.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and inventory storage environment.
- Actively learn and implement best practices in inventory control and logistics operations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry and counting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and contribute positively to a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
