Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts of designated inventory items across various warehouse locations.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through thorough research and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other tools.
- Report on inventory variances and contribute to root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, as required.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Participate in periodic full physical inventory counts when scheduled.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 kg), and reach for extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
