Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of client IT systems and business requirements to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable IT solutions, including software, hardware, and network configurations.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients during all phases of project implementation and post-implementation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and end-users on new systems and technologies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in IT consulting, system administration, or a related technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada or eligibility for a Canadian work permit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
