As an Affiliate Marketer, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate programs to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with new affiliates, as well as optimizing existing partnerships to ensure maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with affiliates through regular communication, support, and performance feedback.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Optimize existing affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, incentive programs, and new promotional materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
- Manage affiliate budgets and negotiate terms with partners to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including content, SEO, and paid media, to ensure integrated campaign efforts.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related performance marketing role.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful affiliate campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, fluent in English.
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Awin).
- Understanding of various compensation models (CPA, CPL, CPS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, fast-paced team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with international markets or multi-language campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
