Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, and windowsills.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed.
- Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or reporting larger issues.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries.

- Respond promptly to emergency cleaning needs or spillages.
- Secure premises after hours, including locking doors and windows, and setting alarms.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a janitorial or cleaning role, preferably within a school or public building setting.
