Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply best practices for various cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Assist in deep cleaning projects, including stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, and window washing.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere to established schedules and complete assigned duties within specified timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism in all tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
