Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software.
  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support activities.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including equipment setup and account provisioning.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
