Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and change requests.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to Project Managers.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external stakeholders.
- Support the creation and management of project timelines and resource allocation plans.
- Help monitor project budgets, expenses, and track financial status.
- Contribute to the development of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support project teams as needed.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
