Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans by hand or machine.
- Ensure all kitchenware is clean, properly stored, and readily available for use.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly.
- Monitor and record temperatures of dishwashing machines as per hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Support the culinary team with various duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
