Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist with checking in and lane assignments.
- Provide guidance on bowling rules, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Distribute bowling shoes and ensure they are clean and properly fitted.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and reset lanes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling lanes, seating areas, and common spaces.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Assist with party setups and special events.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
