Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food products into designated containers, boxes, or other packaging materials.
- Ensure all products are correctly labelled with batch numbers, expiry dates, and other vital information.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging, promptly reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP principles).
- Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently after receiving comprehensive training.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and general warehouse duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
