Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office administration, including filing systems, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor administrative expenses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Support HR functions such as new employee onboarding documentation and record maintenance.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients as required.
