Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring all items are properly rotated and stocked.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
